a. Product Customization

Our website allows you to customize mousepads with your own designs. You are solely responsible for ensuring that the design submitted complies with our design guidelines and does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.

b. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product without prior notice. If a product is out of stock or unavailable, we will notify you and offer alternatives or a refund.

c. Product Descriptions

We strive to provide accurate and complete descriptions, specifications, and images for each product. However, we do not warrant that the product descriptions are always accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. The colors of products may appear differently depending on your device settings.

4. Order Process

a. Placing an Order

To place an order, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information about yourself during the checkout process. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all details, including your shipping address, contact details, and payment information.

b. Order Confirmation

Once your order is submitted, we will send you an order confirmation email to acknowledge that we have received your order. Please review the details carefully. This confirmation does not constitute an acceptance of your order.

c. Order Acceptance and Shipping

Acceptance of your order occurs once your payment has been processed, and your order has been dispatched for delivery. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order for reasons such as product unavailability, errors in pricing, or other circumstances.

5. Pricing and Payment

a. Pricing

All prices displayed on the website are in VND (Vietnamese Dong) and include applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

b. Payment Methods

We accept various payment methods, including bank transfer via QR code, credit/debit cards, and other secure payment gateways. Payment must be completed at the time of purchase.

c. Order Total

The total order amount will include the product price, applicable taxes, and any additional shipping fees (if applicable). Any promotions or discounts will be applied at checkout.

6. Shipping and Delivery

a. Processing and Shipping Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and delivery usually takes 3–5 business days after processing. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and any external factors, such as holidays or weather conditions.

b. Shipping Costs

We charge a fixed 35,000 VND shipping fee on all orders within Vietnam. Any additional shipping charges for remote locations or expedited shipping will be communicated at checkout.

c. Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at [email protected] or 0913209390. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure a replacement or refund.

7. Returns and Refunds

a. Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy for defective products. If your product is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days for a return or replacement. Customized items that are not defective are non-returnable.

b. Refunds

If your return is accepted, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 days after receiving the returned item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defect on our part.

8. Intellectual Property

a. Ownership of Content

All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, graphics, and software, is owned by lotchuot and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use any content from the Site without our express permission.

b. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of any designs or artwork you upload to our site. However, by submitting your design, you grant lotchuot a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and produce products with your design for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

c. Prohibited Content

You agree not to submit any content that is illegal, offensive, defamatory, or infringes on the rights of others. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.

9. User Accounts

To place an order or access certain features, you may be required to create an account on our Site. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, please notify us immediately.
