RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
1. Request Timeframe
Please contact our Customer Support within 24 hours of receiving your order to request a return or exchange.
We are unable to process requests made after this period.
2. Conditions for Return or Exchange
We accept returns or exchanges only if all the following conditions are met:

The product has a manufacturing defect, was delivered incorrectly, or was damaged during shipping.

The item is unused, in its original condition, with all tags, packaging, and accessories (if applicable) intact.

The return or exchange request is made within the allowed timeframe.

The product was not purchased as a sale or promotional item, and is not an excluded item (e.g., underwear, socks, etc.).

We do not accept returns or exchanges for personal reasons, such as change of mind or ordering the wrong product.
3. Return/Exchange Fee

If the issue is not caused by us, a return/exchange fee of 30,000 VND will apply.

If the issue is due to our error, we will cover the return or exchange at no additional cost.
4. Processing Time
All eligible return or exchange requests will be processed within 7 business days after we receive the returned item and verify its condition.
5. Refund Time
For approved refunds, the payment will be returned to your original payment method within 10 business days after the return is confirmed.
